Richard Leslie “Les” Matthews

Suddenly at his home on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Les Matthews of RR1 Cardinal at the age of 71. Dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth Matthews (nee Hamilton). Loving father of Chris (Cheryl) of Mississauga, Alex of RR1 Cardinal and Carey Matthews of Stoney Creek. Predeceased by his parents James and Susan Matthews, his brother Mac and his sister Helen Matthews. Sadly missed by his grandson Logan Matthews. Also survived by several nieces and nephews

Funeral Arrangements

Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home at 2065 Dundas Street Cardinal on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Masonic Lodge service will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening at 6:45pm. Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, October 21, at 1pm.
