The RSL Kings hosted their annual Kings day on Saturday, October 15th. The day was very successful for all 8 teams.

Hockey Eastern Ontario Minor (HEOMINOR) promotes and fosters minor hockey in Eastern Ontario region stretching from Barry's Bay, Alexandria, Westport to Hawkesbury. We are the parent organization to the ten regional districts that run the various neighbourhood minor hockey associations. HEOMinor was previously known as the ODMHA.
Please take note that the CIH Academy in Rockland is advertising a Spring AAA Tournament. This event is not a sanctioned tournament under ODMHA and ODMHA teams are not permitted to participate in this event.
